How can I create a business account?

Du skal blot trykke på “Bestil nu” knappen og derefter udfylder alle informationerne i oprettelsesformularen. Du bliver kontaktet af vores konsulent som skal bruge nogle vigtige dokumenter. Når vi har modtaget disse dokumenter kan der gå op til 7 arbejdsdage til at du får et svar. 

Is it possible to order multiple accounts?

Yes, you can create multiple accounts. However, we can only complete one order at a time. 

Is the business account linked to a Nemkonto?

Yes, our business account is linked to a Nemkonto.

Am I guaranteed a business account with you?

We have a success rate of approx. 95% So there is a high chance that you will be approved. In the event that you are refused, you do not have to pay our fee. 

Offer in customer service during the application process?

Can I cancel my order?

Sorry, but we require payment for the work we put into processing your application at the bank, as this process requires time and resources. This also applies in cases where you decide not to use the bank's account. However, no payment will be charged if your application is not approved.

Do I have to pay for my account when I order?

No, you only pay when your account is created. You will then receive an invoice with a net payment deadline of 8 days. If you forget to pay it on time, we will send a reminder. 

Do I have to pay anything to the bank?

Yes, you must settle the bank's fees and payments directly with the bank.

What about payment if I don't get an account?

If, contrary to expectations, we did not succeed in arranging an account creation for you, it will not cost you anything. You only pay when your account is ready, so you don't have to pay a deposit or anything else in advance.

Can I split my setup fee?

No, unfortunately we cannot accommodate that.

Do I have to pay if I don't get an account?

No, if you are not approved, you do not have to pay our registration fee. You only pay when your account is ready.

Can I pay with card?

No, unfortunately, payment takes place via an invoice that is sent in Danish kroner and can be paid by ordinary bank transfer.
